The DLG (Deutsche Landwirtschafts-Gesellschaft) acknowledged the third year in row young Chinese professionals the DLG-Management Certificate.
DLG-Management Director Simone Schiller handed over the certificates together with Mister Luo Ming, Center of International Cooperation Service (CICOS), and Dr. Anne Ulrich (GFA Consulting Group GmbH) on 23rd November 2017 in Frankfurt / Main. The young professionals concluded the 3-month Sino-German Trainee Program.
After completing two 10-days seminars in Beijing and Frankfurt the trainees started their traineeship on various companies in the agricultural and food sector. Following companies have provided an internship: Bosch Rexroth, DEULA Westerstede und Nienburg, Caussade Saaten, DMK Deutsches Milch Kontor, Emsflower, GvP Gesundheitszentrum für Geflügel, Green Energie Zintl, Ferienhof Feinen, Hofgut Neumühle, Julius-Kühn-Institut Quedlinburg und Darmstadt, KWS, K+S, Landgard, STA Serviceteam Alsfeld, Lehr- und Versuchsanstalten Triesdorf.
Objective of the program is the creation of a sustainable network of German-Chinese experts. Over the last 3 years nearly 35 German companies of the Agricultural and Food sector supported the program and provided young talents from China the possibility to extend their subject matter expert knowledge as well to build up intercultural competencies.
